The SAF series helical worm Motors is one of the 4 series of helical gear reducers. We use high-rigidity cast iron as the material of its housing, which has a large bearing capacity. Its internal hard tooth surface gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, the surface is carburized and quenched, and hardened, the tooth surface hardness is as high as 58-62hrc, and the tooth surface grinding accuracy is as high as 56. The worm gear part is made of wear-resistant high-quality copper, with fine grinding teeth, smooth transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low-temperature rise, and long service life.
From the box body to the internal gear, adopts a completely modular structure design on the SAF series helical worm Motors, which is suitable for mass production and flexible selection. The model of this type of gearbox is divided in the form of decreasing torque. Compared with the traditional equal-proportion division, it can better meet the requirements of customers and avoid power waste.
